Hi,
My workout was screwed because I hit the lap button but it was recorded as part of my training plan. I just want to take it out of the plan but keep it as activity out of the plan as I ran it. If possible easily.
Thanks a lot,
Nico

What about deleting the activity? Not sure whether it will have any impact on the working plan, I never tried it, but so far I see it as the only possibility, besides changing the activity type to something else (i.e. walking). Export the activity as "original" for the case it does not help, and you want to import the activity back again.
Thanks a lot for the suggestion of changing the sport but it's impossible. I'm afraid to delete it as it affects the training program.
I replied to myself : in fact, you have to open garmin connect on the website. There, you download the activity, erase it from connect and upload it back. So the activity is in your history but not anymore in your training plan. (If the developer team is reading, please do something for your lap button. Add an undo lap or a confirmation step. It's really annoying. Once I pressed it too early during a triathlon race... it was a mess to follow my activities while racing). Thanks a lot.
For your "undo" or "confirmation" request/fix submit to Garmin's site - Share Ideas | Garmin
Once I pressed it too early during a triathlon race.
For this, depending on the issue, it can be fixed in Garmin Connect Web - Edit > edit legs.
Or with a 3rd party tool.
Yes thank you, but not during the race... For example, I'm in transition and it showed me the cycling screen.
