LiveTrack notification not sent to recipient

Good afternoon all,

I am new to the LiveTrack feature and I am trying to set it up for the first time.

I followed all the steps. When I now start running, I get the message on the watch "Live track has started", I also get it on my phone and the recipient I selected also gets the notification email.

So all good until now. But my question is: shouldn't the recipient also get a notification about the live track in the Garmin Connect app? This is what is not working at the moment.

Can anybody help me solving this issue please?
