Garmin Connect stopped to sync steps in 4.71.1

After update 4.71.1 Garmin Connect stopped to sync steps with Apple Health. Tested on iOS 16.6.1 and 17.0.2. App sync steps after force quit of Garmin Connect only. App doesn't do it continuously.
