Can you lock the heart rate monitor on it’s page my vivo5 always defaults back to front screen and the heart rate is too small to read.

vivosmart 5 or vivoactive 5? During an activity or general use? If it's the vivoactive 5, you might be able to install a Connect IQ app or widget that will show just your heart rate in a large font. The vivosmart 5 is much more limited.
