KJ and Calorie true up fails after 'some' but not all rides on 840

I see an issue where KJ and Calories is correctly recorded, but Connect fails to add the correct amount to the total. I have seen this twice in 5 rides lately. Not consistent which leads me to think it is some form of bug.

Happy to give data if needed.

I am having the same problem, it even recalculates and makes me lose steps (today from 19k yo 14k) as well as total calories. For what I have seen, active calories not related to an activity disappear…

I am having the same problem, it even recalculates and makes me lose steps (today from 19k yo 14k) as well as total calories. For what I have seen, active calories not related to an activity disappear from the total amount. GC also “corrects” my watch and makes me lose them from them. First tima I thought i had imagined it, but this time luckily I have screenshots of it.

ps: I own a Garmin Epix
