Garmin Connect is not counting my step goal streak.

  • I met my step goal yesterday and today, but it didn’t add to my current step goal streak. The current streak shows 432 days ending on 9/13/23. I met the goal yesterday and today, but these days did not add to the current streak in Garmin Connect. On the calendar the last 2 days show up step goal met, rather than new personal record. 
  • It sounds as if the steps did not sync to the Garmin Connect account. Try syncing again. If syncing fails, try syncing over the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express, or troubleshoot the syncing problem. If syncing completes successfully, and the steps count does not change,  then the best would be contacting the Support.
