Where is sleep chart & sleep pulse ox

Sleep chart gone. Pulse ox data for sleeping gone. Settings unchanged (still have track pulse ox all day and during sleep checked on). Still have sleep score chart and only a summary of average sleeping pulse ox. What happened to sleep chart and pulse ox while sleeping graph?

  • Thanks for posting a degrading obnoxious answer . This is not what this forum is about.

I have no button , there is no swipe on my screen  , it simply doesn’t exist .

if you want to insult people feel free but it makes you look immature!

  • Oh and I was previously recording data for well over a year with no issue.

I do know how to use the watch

thanks for more unhelpful condescending answers though . Hope you feel better soon.

  • Thanks , for understanding I have the same issue. Have reinstalled app and restarted watch . But I have no ability to swipe to even see the button Thinking

  • Thanks for posting a degrading obnoxious answer

Sorry, I do not quite understand why you feel offended. You may be overreacting with no reason to do so. I just tried to help you by explaining that the PulseOx button may be hidden out of the view, on phones with the display not showing all of them. There is no need to feel the hint tries to insult you or anyone else. Often, people oversee the possibility to shift the bar with the buttons under the graph, in order to see all of them.

If you have no PulseOx button, even when you scroll through all the width of the button bar, then either you own a watch without the PulseOx sensor, or there is a problem in the association of your watch with the account. If removing and adding the watch back to the account does not help, then I recommend contacting the Product Support.

  • ... for the case I was not clear, how to get to the PulseOx button, there is a video showing, the button is really there (assuming you own a model having the sensor, and have some PulseOx data):

Please note, that there is absolutely no intention to offend you with the instructions, so please calm down before overreacting again.

If you still see no PulseOx button on the app, check whether you see the PulseOx data in Garmin Connect Web. The link for today's data is https://connect.garmin.com/modern/pulse-ox/2023-10-10

If there is no data either, and you see the PulseOx data on the watch, then I am afraid you will really have to contact the Support to get it sorted out.

  • I really liked and needed the sleep chart telling all my sleep patterns rem, light sleep, deep sleep and awake. It was very helpful for me. Please return that feature!

  • Having problems too not tracking Ox or Sleep since system upgrade. Anyone know how to get it back? Also- Home Screen is awful! May need to switch watches.

  • I gave up and bought an Apple watch - .

probably not what you wanted to hear , but I got fed up of backward upgrades that removed the facility to read OX readings clearly. Used to be able to compare restlessness and ox dropping and couldn’t do this anymore so just binned it . Battery life started to suck too  !

  • He feels offended because you said he didn't try and implied that he was doing something wrong. He has indicated that he has been gathering PulseOx data for more than a year. Clearly he has a watch that does so and he knows how to use it. This appalling app update, if any one can actually call it that, has so many bugs that have caused issue with data and syncing and gaps it is not unfathomable to think that the button simple has disappeared for some people.
