How to find Previous garmin 220 history

I used to have a garmin 220 and would like to look back on a couple of rides to get the map etc . On My Devices it only shows my current Garmin . How do I find my old history on my previous device ?

If it has been uploaded to Garmin Connect you can find it in the activity history. Use the web to easiest look at your training history: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

Click an activity type button and then you will be able to filter the activities by date.

... and if the history does not contain activities from the old device, then it means you created a new Garmin Connect account when you purchased the new device. In that case look up your original account using the Search function of GC Web at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/connections/search.

Search for the alias you used, and/or for all email addresses, including their aliases, that you might have been using in that time. You can also check out your email archive, and see what email address Garmin used to send you emails, before you got the new device.

Once you find the old email address, use an alternative browser to sign into the old account. If you used your standard browser, you would have to sign out from your current account first.
