How to get SMS from iPhone to display on VA4s?

On my VA3, I had no problem setting it up to display SMS received on my Samsung Galaxy smartphone. My wife woulld like to enjoy this feature on her VA4s, but she is an iPhone user and I haven’t succeeded in getting this to work. Is there an iOS limitation which prevents this, or am I just too stupid to figure it out? If the latter, would someone be kind enought to point me to step by step instructions on how to enable it?

Thanks, it did. The restart was what ws needed.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t work reliably. My wife’s VA4s wouldn’t display either phone calls or SMS today, either before or after restarting. About 15-20 minutes after the restart, both worked again. This appears to be a problem with the Connect app, so I will move this discussion to that forum section. The Connect app on my Android smartphone has settings under “Phone permissions” for “Phone Calls” and “SMS Messages”. Both of these are usually displayed on my VA3. However, a test SMS sent this afternoon did not display, even though I had received an SMS on the smartwatch this morning. The two settings mentioned above are missing from the iOS Connect app.
