Pace bug?

During a recent walk, my Garmin watch (Marq 2 Athlete) suddenly displayed a much slower pace than could actually be true. Then, on Garmin Connect, the respective section of the walk was displayed in blue (slow), which would correspond to the reading on the watch:

(Note, that I have been doing two loops around the pond and both showed a slower pace on the upper right segment.) 

However, when I access the same activity on the web version of Garmin Connect, everything seems to be correct:

Has anyone experience similar differences between Garmin Connect on iOS and on the web, with the web version seemingly being more accurate? Any fixes?

(I am running the latest versions of iOS, Garmin Connect and the watch firmware.)

  • I am experiencing the same error? between App and web. I believe this started when they updated the Connect Garmin app? I have deleted the App from my phone and reinstalled it? That didn't fix it, same error. I hope Garmin fix this since it has been going for about 3 weeks.

    Also, a friend of mine, using garmin FR, is also showing the same error.
