Bug Report: Device Backup Not Showing in Connect App

Hello Garmin,

Can’t see device backup in the connect app, it’s says ‘No Device backups’?

Tried multiple times backing up my Epix Pro 51mm, says it’s uploaded but nothing showing. Tried rebooting my device, deleting & reinstalling the app?

Any ideas?

Using Epix Pro 51mm & iPhone 11

  • I did it yesterday on my Epix (Gen 2). You have to start the backup process from the watch. System > Back Up & Restore > Back Up Now. After the initial backup, it seems to be backing up automatically.
