The Weather Widget on the watch must be showing the temperature above 23°C / 72°F at the moment of starting the activity. That's not necessarily the same temp shown on the activity map later - the map temperature comes from another data source. Next time verify the temperature on the Weather Widget of the watch immediately before starting the run.
