No Heart rate or body battery showing in connect since Sat 5th Aug 2023.

Battery died and since charging it the data is not showing on the garmin connect app. HR showing on watch and real time in app but not recording data. Body battery and stress no there

Try walking through these steps to re-establish connection. Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App. For more help, contact Product Support.
