Uploading activity fenix 7

Yesterday (sunday 6th of August 2023) I did a triathlon. The work out was registered in my Garmin fenix 7 watch. Somehow it wil not be uploaded to my connect app. I have tried everything, synchronising, removed and connect my watch again everything what can i possibly do to get my race (IRONMAN Duisburg) uploaded in the connect app

To see if the activity .fit file is corrupt, try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
