Km instead of miles

My forerunner 235 registers in km. My ios grmn connect synchronise in miles. by hand after synchronizing by my day- my activity - distance and by hand to km. Save. Does not work. Please help. I updated last night ios to 16.6 on my iphone 11

There are two settings for the units of measure. On the watch and in Garmin Connect. You must set them both.

Forerunner 235 - Changing the units of measure

In the app: Menu > Settings > User Settings > Measurement Units

(or in the web which will change the units in the app: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings )
