Profile disappeared from my iPhone app when I woke up this morning, and when I try to add it back in, it says sync can't complete because of no bluetooth connection.

Has this happened to anyone else? My Fenix 5s is working perfectly fine.

  • Confirm Bluetooth in 2 places:

    1. Open the iPhone Settings App.
    2. Select Bluetooth.
    3. Toggle Bluetooth on.

    The other place to check:

    1. Open the iPhone Settings App.
    2. Scroll down to the alphabetical list of apps and open 'Connect'.
    3. Toggle Bluetooth on.
