Why does my friend have badges and I do not?

I completed activities April 29 -May 5, 2023. My friend has a badge for Golden Week, yet I do not.

I also completed an activity on May 1, 2023, yet my friend has a badge for International Workers’ Day and I do not.

why is this?

Did you change to the correct country? Those badges are country restricted and you must change the country in your Garmin account to get them.
