The sleep tracking on my Garmin Venu Sq is consistently off. When I’m awake it thinks I’m in REM. When I turn my iPhone to sleep mode at night it immediately thinks I’ve fallen asleep.
I know sleep accuracy has been an issue for many, so is there a way to increase the number of edits you can make to a sleep session?
Right now I can only edit start and stop times for 1 sleep session. I’m someone that routinely wakes up in the middle of the night and it can take hours for me to fall back asleep. Is there any way to add multiple start/stop times for one night of sleep? Even if the sensors are way off it’d be nice to more accurately track my sleep manually in the app.
