Not seeing garmin data in garmin connect

Hi there!

I’m having problems looking into my past activity and stars on my Garmin Connect App. I believe is happening on all my garmin features.

Any help on this? What should I do? I own a Garmin Instinct and a iPhone 13

Does the watch sync (look whether the circle around the watch symbol at the top of the app closes and turns green)? Does it sync over the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express?

Actually I’m having the same issue since 09.03.2023, i can just see my heart rate and also without recording it., (and the watch already sync and the circle turns green)

In that case I recommend following carefully the instructions from the hint #4 of the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing

Hi there! After reinstalling the app and didn’t get rid off the problem, I tried with Garmin Express and it worked. Now it shows everything in both apps. Thanks a lot!
