On the screen select an accessory nothing shows up

I have new Garmin Edge 530 and I'm trying to pair garmin device to my iphone11. Garmin is visible within bluetooth devices but on the screen "select an accessory" - nothing shows up.
It's waiting for smth infinitely.

I have tried(it seems to me) everything: reboot everything, update IOS, reinstall app and so on. But on my Ipad it's needed 5 seconds to see device on that screen
