How do I opt out of the extra lap in garmin coach?

When I do the workouts the extra lap follows on automatically. How can I opt out of this?

Can you show the extra lap with a screenshot? I don't know about any extra laps.

Exactly as written there:

Lap = press the lap button (on most watches it is the right bottom button)

Thanks - looks like that’s the back button on my watch.
