Any other poor sleepers find a lot of Garmins metrics kinda redundant? Training Readiness for me is always Poor/Low because it’s set on the rubbish that we all need 8 hrs sleep. I have never slept 8hrs sleep in my life, even when sick. Normal for me is around 5 hours. For me I may as well turn off readiness, this also feeds in suggested runs which either gives rest day or easy runs, and again feeds into body battery which never gets fully charged.
They should allow some way of setting 4-5 hrs are normal for me.
