Activity Badge update?

I just came back to Garmin after 1.5 years and I can’t find anything about an upgrade to the activity badge level. Can I move past level 5? I was bummed for about a year bc I couldn’t move beyond, but now it looks like I still can’t?

The levels go up to 10.
