Garmin 735; news notifications started last 24hrs and there’s no options to disable (from app or iOS). How do I stop receiving them?

Started receiving news notifications on garmin 735 the past day. I haven’t changed settings in years. I haven’t subscribed to anything. There are no options in the connect app or on iOS settings to disable anything. I don’t have notifications turned on in iOS settings.

Thanks but again all my settings remain unchanged and correct. And it’s generic sports alerts not like espn news alerts so can’t even tell where it’s coming from

Not sure about the 735XT with iOS but on my epix I can block individual apps as they appear on my watch.

If all else fails, suggest contacting Garmin Support directly.

Check the allowed notifications in the web browser. It is easy to accidently allow a web page to send notifications.
