App not letting me access. Not saving data.

My app asks me to login accept legal conditions and then says something went wrong. There is no opportunity to login.

the account opens on a PC but shows no data has been collected or sinced since Monday.

The watch is active. I have a 11km run I have trained for so am urgently seeking an answer.

I have been advised by Garmin to reinstall app and check my computer access. I’ve done both. Nothing

You can try connecting through an alternative Internet connection or through a VPN - occasionally there are users who's IP address get temporarily blocked, and in such case only using a different Internet access helps.

You can also use Garmin Connect Web for the urgent need. Syncing is possible ove the USB cable to a computer.

For those who have the same problem. I resolved this by clicking on switch account and it let me log in to my own account .. I appear to be locked out of the short cut the app created in my name.
