Locked out of Garmin app. Data not being collected

My app asks me to login accept legal conditions and then says something went wrong. There is no opportunity to login.

the account opens on a PC but shows no data has been collected or sinced since Monday. 


The watch is active. I have a 11km run I have trained for so am urgently seeking an answer.

I have been advised by Garmin to reinstall app and check my computer access. I’ve done both. Nothing
