Half marathon with coach Jeff - Long distance run over 21 kilometers?

Hello! I’m doing the program with the Garmin coach “Jeff” doing a half marathon. Every other week is a long distance run planned. Next week I have to run 27 kilometers. Last week it was 24. Is that normal or a mistake in the program?
