I removed my no frills watch face because it was not updating and I was not getting heart rate data and body battery. I could not reinstall any watch face on my watch. forerunner45 S

I unpaired my watch and phone. I removed the no frills app and now I can not install a watch face.

the original problem is that my watch was not singing heart rate and stress body battery.
