I am really enjoying all the data I am able to review each morning since I have been wearing my new Quatix 7.
One item that I find somewhat annoying is that I get different messages across the different metrics.
One saying I should consider adding more duration or intensity, while another metric indicates I need to slow down and recover.
Case in point this morning I received these two messages relating to my load management. So same metric, two different coaching messages?
