Garmin connect activity do not download

Hello,

I have a gamin Venu, and the activities I do figure on my watch history but not on garmin connect app.

What should I do i tried everything : turning off disconnect... nothing works

possible you got a new phone or update and created a new Garmin Connect Account ?
