Garmin Connect on iPhone 14 Pro setting time 1 hour behind every time I sync.

This issue just started about a week ago, my iPhone 14 pro has the correct time, but every time I sync (which is every morning) with my Instinct 2s Solar it sets the time one hour behind. I have tried rebooting the watch, and reinstalled the app on the iPhone nothing changes this behavior.

I recommend acquiring GPS on your watch to update time and if that does not resolve the issue, look to see if your upload time zone has changed. Changing Account Preferences in Garmin Connect

I do not see the upload time zone, everything is set to the phone location and time, and the time displays correctly on my phone. The GPS sync seems to be a workaround, but due to my location in the Gulf of Mexico it sets the time to an even more incorrect time, by 2 hours, this may work when I am home from work but does not work right now.

edit: I found upload time zone on my garmin connect profile on the web and it is set to central time which is correct. Yet the watch keeps getting set 1 hour behind, only when I sync with garmin connect app.
