I have not had an update to VO2 since Jun 18 is there some issue?

What type of training do you do? For running/walking VO2 max to update you need to log outdoor runs or walks. Hearrt rate must be elevated to at least 70% of your maximum heart rate for at least 10 minutes continuously.

You don't have any cycling VO2 max, but to get that you need to ride on a bike with a power meter. Not required to be outdoor.
