I recently had to reset my vivoactive 3 music as it kept crashing. This seemed to lose the connection between it and the phone. I therefore asked my garmin account to be deleted so I could start again from scratch, thinking this might fix it. Now though, I seem unable to connect the watch to garmin connect. It is detecting the watch but getting stuck at the point of connecting as above in photos. Bluetoooth is on on both devices so I can’t figure out why. Can anyone help??!
