I recently received a new watch from Garmin due to errors on my watch. I had a Fenix 7s Shapphire solar Dark Bronze and received the same watch from Garmin.
1) When adding the new watch to the app, the face of the watch showing in the app is a different watch than mine. My last watch showed the correct picture.
2) When entering my profile online, another watch is showing with wrong colors.
3) when entering connect iq another watch is showing with wrong colors
this does not affect my use of the watch, but is very enjoying when my last watch was showing the Dark Bronze on all the platforms that is accessible through the watch.
I appreciate all feedback. I’ve sent this information to garmin already, but they don’t seem interested in doing anything.
