Voice on Navigation with Garmin Edge 1030 Plus and Garmin Connect app

When using voice navigation, the navigation alert on my mobile phone is not working correctly. There are two possibilities: either it is at least four time the speed of the normal voice, so that it is not understandable or before the navigation alert the voice tells it configuration (voice name, speed, etc) followed by the navigation in normal speed and the voice configuration again. 
I already reinstalled the Garmin Connect App and did a full reset of my Garmin Edge. 
It seems to started (around) when I coupled my new Fenix 7s Saphire Solar smart watch with my garmin connect account.
