How do I remove the notifications to play a brain game?

Both my Garmin watches send me several notifications daily to stop and play a brain game. I am assuming this is an advertisement to buy some kind of a game on the IQ store. One of my watches isn’t even compatible with their games. It’s becoming annoying to constantly ignore these notifications that are unsolicited.

Can you verify that it is from Connect IQ? There are very few games in Connect IQ and I've never seen any notifications from that app. If there are notifications then just turn it off for that app.

It is more likely a browser notification. Check if you approved any.

I didn’t say it was from IQ. I don’t know where it is coming from. It is not from my browser. I don’t get any texts or emails about gaming and I have no gaming apps on my phone. It seems to be only a Garmin thing. There is only an option on CONNECT to remove all notifications (including texts and FB messenger), not just these weird brain game notifications.

Have you checked the notifications in the browser settings? It is very easy to accidently click accept when a web page asks for the permission.

Can you post a photo of the notification?

It is from an app on your phone. Do you have Lumosity, Elevate or similar apps installed? Check the notification settings for that app.

Have you checked your apps for any brain training apps? It is sent from one of the apps on your phone. You just have to find which one it is.
