Activities are not working on Fenix 6s after iOS update

Yesterday I updated app Garmin Connect for iOS, and also watches started to update. Now when I press “start activity”button on my watches I see several screens of “add” with +. If I press add, no activities are displayed, only some strange Latches(Light), Latches(shake), Crystal, Habit tracker, I guess it may be my installed watch faces and widgets. No activities. I just wanted to start tracking my activity. When are you gonna fix this?
