Training Readiness fields in GC app not appearing

Hi,

All of a sudden I no longer receive the Training Readiness score in the GC mobile app and no sleep data is being recorded. However, it shows my sleep data in the Sleep field and a TR score in the summary screen. Anyone else experiencing this? PS. I wear my watch 24/7.

Try removing the watch from the app, and then add it back. Wait for the next night to see whether it helped. If not, try the more detailed process described at Data is Missing from My Garmin Connect Account After Syncing | Garmin

I have disconnected my 965 from GC app, GC web and Garmin Express and have reconnected them all however still not updated Training Readiness score in the app field. It also shows an empty sleep score. However, the TR field does show complete on the 965. Never had this problem before. Very frustrating!
