Adjusting auto pause

Is there a way to adjust when the auto pause kicks in after stopping. If I have when stopped set as on it stops even when I pause to open a gate for example. Can it be changed so pauses if stop for 2min or something similar ?

Most watches give you the option of enabling auto pause or disabling it. In terms of adjusting when it actually kicks in, what model watch do you have?
