Activity showing on Garmin Fenix 7x, but not on Garmin Connect App.

I went for a MTB Ride yesterday and can see the activity on my Watch.

However, I've synced my watch a couple of times and the activity does not show on Garmin Connect. Switched both devices on/off, disconnected/connected Bluetooth, still nothing.

I then plugged the watch into my PC, found the .Fit File and tried to manually import to Garmin Connect, but it keeps saying that the file I'm trying import, is not supported.

I attached the file as well.

First time ever!

Any help?

Since you get that error, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
