Activities with from Autostart are logging inconsistently

for the last two days I have logged activities using Autostart as usual but they do not show green on the calendar, they show up grey as MoveIQ only and I do not get full points for these on my wellness program at work. The Autostart feature did log one activity, a very short, very intermittent walk I took with my dog, but nothing else. This showed up green. Will this be fixed?

What did Move IQ log it as? It is only running and walking that can autostart. Maybe it was identified as a different activity type?

If you want to make sure it is logged correctly then always manually start the logging.

It logged the start and stop/barely moving walk as walking for 0.4 miles, showed up green, and worked just fine. But later walking for 1.5 hours, auto start initiated but it only logged as MoveIQ. This is a new problem. I have never had to manually start to get activities to show up, running or walking. Is this related to the update?

Toggle the auto start activity setting (turn off, make sure it saves and syncs and then turn it on again).

What Is the Auto Activity Start Feature on My Venu or vivo Watch?

Make sure the Move IQ events are logged as walking or running. If it was logged as cycling or something else it will not log an activity.
