Not uploading to strava

My garmin app doesn’t seem to be sending my workout data to strava even though they are showing as connected. It did upload a walk previously but hasn’t uploaded any activities since. I’ve logged out and back in again but still nothing? Why is this? I’m having to manually input into strava now

Might need more than just logging off/on. Try re-establishing the connection from both sides using these directions: Garmin not syncing with strava - Garmin Connect Mobile iOS - Mobile Apps & Web - Garmin Forums

Hi I am having the same problem with activities that aren’t cycling, running or walking etc. Apparently they’ve stopped uploading them. I don’t know who to speak to, to request they put them back

Make sure your connect app is updated to the latest version. At least that was my problem the other day. If it is I also found yesterday that it eventually synced after leaving the connect app open on the Home Screen for about 15 mins.

Mine also broke sometime between May 21 and May 23. Never had any issues with the auto-upload in the years I've used it but now suddenly I'm having to manually download/upload all my activities to get them into Strava. I disconnected and reconnected Garmin from Strava on the 23rd and after 15-20 minutes my new activity synced but it hasn't worked since then.
