Garmin Connect My Day display issues since May 25th, 2023

since may25th, my day isnt showing heart rate, sleep and other stuff, but is showing steps and intensity.  however, if i tap on the three dots for more and look at health and performance, i can see the latest hr, stress, sleep, etc.

i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that didnt help

if i log into the web version of garmin connect, it shows all the data and charts

  • Same here: starting from 21 may, on my garmin conect I can see only heart beat. No showing daily steps, stress, sleep, health... Fenix 7x saphire solar titanium, iphone 13 pro max latest ios(16.5)

  • Cards started disappearing from My Day with the latest Connect update until they were all gone. Like others say, the data is still in the app if you dig for it, but not in my day. Yesterday and 7 day average are all missing. Have tried all troubleshooting steps with no luck, this is clearly a Garmin software issue.
This started while I was on iOS 16.1.1, updated to 16.5 to see if that would help. It did not.

  • Also the message across the top indicates a sync error, “Your health and activity data will display here the next time you sync” even though the watch is syncing just fine.

  • As you can see below the card for my activities in Garmin Connect Coach are cut off. This has been an issue for a while, but I read online that the latest update would fix it. The update has fixed the main screen, but the Coach entries are still cut off. I’d like to be able to see the coach’s feedback as it’s not available elsewhere.

  • Same here. Since 21st of may, after updating iOS to 16.5, the activity of that day is continuously loaded on itself, adding a data entry at every synchronization. Even deleting the data of that day from the data list on heath app does not solve it -it keeps adding the same activity on that day-, I suppose preventing the update of the data from that day on

  • Don’t know whether this is related to same issue or not but the My Day Cards are all oversized now. Running iOS 16.5 and GC mobile version 4.67.2.2

Also haven’t changed the system font size recently.

  • I have the same issue. Ever since the iOS update - support team trying to assist but everything they suggest isn’t working. At what point will Garmin admit their recent IOS update has impacted its user.

  • The same thing happened to me. All my cards are there, but I have to scroll to see them or collapse my view. I am using Version 4.67.2.2 and JUST updated to iOS 16.5 this morning, in hopes that the iOS update would fix this. I really do not like this new view. :(

  • The last few updates to the Garmin Connect app have turned it into an annoying interface with data disappearing that requires collapsing the data to avoid endless scrolling and when collapsed, functions like 'ADD DATA' do not work.

There are a few forum topics started by various people discussing this, but it seems that for Garmin, this is the new look and they don't seem to want to return to the older view format that clearly most of us prefer. This is super annoying. As is sits right now, my Fenix 6X Sapphire will be the last Garmin product I will buy. I am researching other products in the market...and there seems to be quite a few competitors.

    Very disappointing for me.
