Komoot won’t connect with my Garmin Venu

The Komoot app on Garmin Connect won’t connect with my Garmin Venu? I want to send routes to my device, but he keeps telling Komoot is not installed… which it is…

    Komoot is installed where exactly? On the phone, or the Komoot Connect IQ on the watch too? You need the later, to make it work. Better told, you need both of them.

  • I found the solution!!! Here is the missing instruction that is written nowhere:
    - Open Komoot App on your Garmin watch
    - the following message will appear on your watch: « go to Komoot/connect and enter the code below: »
    Now that I have done this simple step, all « planned tours » immediately show on the screen of the watch!
