My Garmin Forerunner 45S will no longer pair with my iPhone 12. I have tried all the trouble shooting. Bluetooth doesnt even seem to connect

My Garmin Forerunner 45S was previously connected to a Samsung phone.  I have had my new phone for about  year and have not been successful in pairing them.  I have tried everything in the connect trouble shooting App, with the exception of going back to factory settings on my watch (as I cant work out how to do that).  Can anyone help?
