My Garmin Forerunner 45S will no longer pair with my iPhone 12. I have tried all the trouble shooting. Bluetooth doesnt even seem to connect

My Garmin Forerunner 45S was previously connected to a Samsung phone. I have had my new phone for about year and have not been successful in pairing them. I have tried everything in the connect trouble shooting App, with the exception of going back to factory settings on my watch (as I cant work out how to do that). Can anyone help?

If you want to try it - Forerunner 45/45 Plus Owners Manual - Resetting All Default Settings

If you do, before trying to connect to the app again, remove the watch from the app as well as "forget this device" from Bluetooth settings on your iPhone. Then reconnect using the Garmin Connect app.
