I’ve continually followed all instructions to pair my vivoactive 3 but the watch is just stuck on pairing screen and phone can’t connect
You might need to also remove the watch from the Bluetooth settings on your phone. Then reattempt using the Garmin Connect app to pair. See if this post helps at all...
I tried all of that but no success
Then contacting Garmin Support is your best option.
