[Help] Fenix 6X pro not connecting to garmin connect on IOS

I'm running a Fenix 6X pro for about 1 year now, but it suddenly stopped connecting to my iPhone 13. I have tried every solution Garmin offers to fix it, resetting both my phone and my watch and even sending it to Garmin to check if something is broken, but nothing works. It wont connect to the iPhone, however it will connect flawlessly to an Android phone. Has anyone experienced this issue, and has a fix for it? (It worked perfect until about 2 months ago)

    Make sure you're not trying to connect to both. Remove the Fenix from Garmin connect app and Bluetooth settings on any other mobile device withing Bluetooth range. Also, remove Connect IQ or other Garmin apps if in use. Thin have a look at this video.

  • Hi, I have done this again and again but to no use.  I have version 11.28 on my Fenix 7 s s and iPhone pro with the latest updates.  Connect app finds my phone but then no more happens. My watch shows a QR code and then a message to download the connect app??

    Help needed Blush

  • I have tried every step, but it's still not working. I've disconnected the watch from Connect a long time ago and removed it from my bluetooth settings, but now Connect doesn't detect the watch, and i cant add it to the app.
