My Garmin Coach program has skipped a session and has put my long run on Thursday instead of Saturday. It is now moving every session forward a day. Any thoughts on how to fix?
My Garmin Coach program has skipped a session and has put my long run on Thursday instead of Saturday. It is now moving every session forward a day. Any thoughts on how to fix?
This most commonly will occur because a change was made to the schedule of a workout for a Coach plan and the customer did not sync their device prior to loading the workouts. This can also occur if activity was not recorded following the workout sent by the plan on the device. A best practice would be to sync the device prior to starting any workouts on the device.
