HOW do I get rid of the strong units in my garmin Connect app? I have det the garmin Watch to km but the app jeep on showing english miles!!!! And my Weight and height in lbs and feet when I want meters and kilograms….

To change the units directly on the watch follow these steps: 

1. From the watch face. hold UP.
2. Select  > System > Units.
3. Select a measurement type.
4. Select a unit of measure.

To change the units for the Garmin Connect app follow these steps:

1. Open the app.
2. Access the menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select User Settings.
5. Set Measurement Units to Metric.
6. Save.
7. Refresh the app.
