2x speaking phone

my phone, connected to my garmin bike computer, speaks at 2x, how can i change this?

    thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear the audio prompt is sped up. You could try changing the voice or regional settings on your phone as a workaround:

    iOS Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices > Change Voice
    or
    iOS Settings > General > Language & Region > Region > Change Region
